The Gini index is growing, it shows the stratification of society into the poor and the rich, but the citizens still do not unite around the opposition leader to overthrow the mossy government and establish a fair order, for example, a beautiful Russia of the future.＜br /＞ The opposition accuses citizens of inertia and backwardness, cowardice and conformity. Opposition figures imagine an average citizen as an overgrown child who is not aware of his interests.＜br /＞ The reason for this view is the conviction that there is a direct relationship between revolutionary activity and the plight of citizens. Some people are convinced that a linear relationship works: the poorer people are, the more likely they are to make revolutions.＜br /＞ I object to this point of view.＜br /＞ Firstly, if I see that another person is behaving irrationally, it will be a big mistake for me to think that he is a fool, that notorious other. Most likely, I'm the stupid one. Because the game I play concerns me, and the other person is not at all obliged to play it. If I see that another person is behaving irrationally, it means that I do not understand the game he is playing. The problem is not with the other person, but with myself. They introduced a new method of three-step optical population of the iodine ion-pair states. The iodine molecule has 23 valence states correlatingwith three dissociation limits, 20 so-called ion-pair states, nestled in four tiers and a multitude of Rydberg states. All the states have different angular momenta, parities and very dense rovibronic levels. Moreover, perturbations caused by atomic or molecular partners lead to effective nonadiabatic transitions. ＜p＞One of the directions of nanotechnology is the production of nanopowders (NPs). Nanopowders, according to the currently widely used classification of nanomaterials, belong to zero-dimensional systems in which the limitation of wave functions occurs in all three directions. Biological methods are considered the most environmentally friendly way to synthesize NPs, but the possibility of biological contamination with mutated microorganisms cannot be ruled out.＜/p＞ ＜p＞This book presents a new method for producing simple and complex metal oxide and fluoride NPs, based on the “evaporation-condensation” process using pulsed electron beam evaporation. It presents the results of more than 10 years of study of the characteristics of NPs produced using the aforementioned method. This eco-friendly method ensures the production of clean NPs, which are mesoporous and suitable for use in various applications such as medicine, spintronics, optoelectronics, dosimeters, photocatalysis, semiconductors, and ultraviolet and blue lasers. Importantly, these NPs have the potential to be used as a drug delivery system and in the creation of new nanostructures that do not contain noble metals.
