ありがとうございます。60本完売！84本追加が叶いました！ リオハの昔ながらのスタイル 地域：リオハ・アラヴェサ 標高500～700m。砂岩主体で石が多く石灰質の土壌と泥灰土の石が少ない土壌の2種。ランツィエゴ村の有機葡萄園から厳選された葡萄のみ使用。野生酵母のみ。コンクリートタンクで自然発酵。そのままコンクリートタンクでの6～7ヶ月の熟成。1920年代のこの村の葡萄栽培者へのオマージュとして造っている。この村の昔の味覚の記憶を今に残していく為のワイン。【品種】テンプラニーリョ、グラシアーノ、ガルナッチャ2021年LZは、ランシエゴの収量が低く、色が多く酸度の高いワインが収穫された年から造られています。 土着の酵母を使用してコンクリートで発酵させ、瓶詰めする前に6～7か月間熟成させます。 これはマルセル・ラピエール・モルゴンのような理想的なワインで、ジューシーで肉厚で非常に飲みやすく、ビロードのような質感を持っています。≪パーカーポイント　91点！≫ 2021 Telmo Rodriguez LZ The Wine Advocate RP 91 Reviewed by:Luis Gutierrez Release Price:$20 Drink Date:2022 - 2026 The young and unoaked 2021 LZ from Rioja comes from a year with low yields in Lanciego and wines with lots of color and high acidity. It fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts, where it matured for six to seven months before bottling. This is their Marcel Lapierre Morgon wannabe, juicy, fleshy, super drinkable, with a velvety texture. 65,017 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2022. I tasted the wines from Telmo Rodriguez with the rest of his portfolio. I include the Rioja wines here for context and completeness of the article. Telmo Rodriguez and Pablo Eguzkiza have fermented their 2021s from Galicia in the new winery in Valdeorras, Ribera del Duero. It is still a work in progress, and there will be new stuff from Rioja in a few more years. The main wines across the portfolio feel very consolidated now.
